Orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days, after payment is verified. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped on the following business day unless its a holiday. All orders are prepaid. No CODs. Herbaly Yours  will not be responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. If you feel your mail has been stolen please contact USPS Postal Inspectors 1-877-876-2455 (Press 3)

You may return items for refund, minus processing fee, within 15 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or returns for ceramic or glass products broken during shipping or upon use.. 

Please follow these instructions:

1. Email us at herballyyoursllc@gmail.com requesting return approval.. Please include your name, order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.. If approved, a refund will be returned back to your original payment method minus return shipping charges and a 10% processing fee..

2. Once your Return is approved, we will email you a shipping label to return the products to us. Please pack with care..

3. Once we have received the returned product in good condition, we'll proceed as requested: Refund back to your original payment method, minus return shipping charges and a 10% processing fee..

Please note: Original and return shipping charges will not be refunded..
